The notorious criminal "Bugmaster". Wanted for banditry, raiding, mass-murder, cannibalism, genocide. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. Attacks on sight, appears to have control of an army of spiders. Reasons for this ability are unknown, motivation unknown. Known residence is in the crater of Arach, south-west of the Stenn Desert and Spider Plains. REWARD: c.100,000 UPDATE: Intelligence indicates that the "Bugmaster" is also in posession of a large amount of treasure.
